How to sign in on the web

Use the button above to open Uphold’s official sign-in page in a separate tab. Before entering anything, check the address bar and make sure the domain is exactly wallet.uphold.com. You can also reach the login by typing Uphold’s website address into your browser yourself. Avoid sign-in links in unexpected messages, sponsored search results, or social posts. A familiar logo or page design is not proof that a site is genuine.

On Uphold’s own page, follow the prompts using the email and password associated with your account. Depending on your account and device, Uphold may ask you to confirm the web session from its mobile app. That added confirmation helps make sure the person attempting to sign in has access to a trusted device. This guide never asks for your password, recovery phrase, security code, or personal account information.

Never give a caller or message sender your password, recovery phrase, or one-time security code—even if they claim they can restore access for you.
